It aligns creative, legal, technical, and promotional data in one place, enabling smooth ingestion, accurate store listings, clean QC hand-offs, and consistent publicity copy across platforms. The sheet pairs a working “Core” tab for titles in flight with a “Guidance” tab so every field stays formatted and platform-ready.
